"What if my body confidence role model changes their body?"

Maybe they lose a ton of weight. Maybe they get a boob job. Maybe they get butt implants or remove all their body hair, or get their lips done, etc. Sometimes the people we looked up to because of body relatability end up changing their bodies (which of course they are allowed to do).... but it can be challenging to process. Here's my advice for handling this situation if it happens:

10 Instagram Accounts to Follow for Body Confidence Inspiration

The following is a list of Instagram accounts that either feature a specific individual who would make an excellent body confidence role model (because he/she/they so visibly and vocally loves his/her/their body), OR feature a curated account meant to provide inspiration for people of a particular body type (e.g. @bigboysarecute).

If you don't find any body confidence inspiration in these accounts, let me know and I'll find one for you!  It is so so important to know that there's at least one person out there who shares the thing you've felt insecure about, but who loves their body as it is -- and has probably created an amazing life for themselves in that body 😉
