We don't ask for what feels genuinely good in our bodies because it "takes too long" or we're "too picky" about the physical, mental, and emotional environment we need to get our sexual energy flowing.

The most frustrating part is that we all know better, don't we?

We've taken the gender studies classes and read the books. We are media-literate enough to know that not even the airbrushed, filtered, photo-shopped models look like their photos. 

We know how women have historically been oppressed, abused, and punished for expressing ourselves sexually. We know how The Patriarchy tries to control the bodies and sexuality of women to keep us from realizing how powerful we actually are, and how good we can actually feel in our bodies no matter our shape, size, or age. 

But we keep pursuing the right hot "look" to feel attractive, and we keep having sex to satisfy our partners instead of ourselves.

Because most of the time, it just feels easier to play the game than to fight it, right?

If we want to feel beautiful and powerful in this world, it doesn't feel like we really have a choice.

But playing this game doesn't feel good.  We don't want to objectify and deny ourselves like this.

We know deep down that something so much better is possible for us... and that we deserve it.

And it's our responsibility to create a new reality for ourselves.

I know what it's like.

  • Scrolling through Instagram feeling simultaneously jealous and grossed out by the attention that women get for sexually objectifying themselves
  • Have sex that doesn't truly satisfy you, because you don't know what WOULD, or you can't bring yourself to ask for what you actually want
  • Feeling like a total hypocrite because you have strong feminist beliefs and values, but you also fantasize about cosmetic surgery
  • Obsessing over looking "sexy" while your interest in actual sex is mysteriously draining away...

When therapy isn't working

When I was 14, I went to 3 therapists and a dietitian for help with my eating disorder. I improved my relationship to food dramatically... but I still struggled to embrace the shape of my body.

I had thoughts and beliefs buried deeper than logic and what's rational. They were sitting inside my body and needed to get out.

The years of ancestrally and culturally inherited misogyny, sexual shame and objectification were deeply rooted in m psyche, sitting in my cells, embedded as memories in my mind, my muscles, my skin, my energy...

how is your coaching approach different from therapy?

There are two main differences: the method and the contact frequency

The Method: You can learn about the specific coaching methodology I use, and why it's so effective, in this video.

Contact Frequency: In traditional therapy, you generally interact with your therapist only during your sessions together. When you work with me, I'm available to you over Voxer pretty much anytime (you can expect a response from me within 24 hours unless I've on vacation or otherwise let you know I'll be unavailable), which gives you an opportunity to work through triggers or get other in-the-moment support in between sessions. I also use Voxer to provide support and accountability to you between sessions so that you have the reminders and encouragement you need to practice the embodiment work in your daily life.

I've been disappointed by coaching programs before. do you have any kind of guarantee?

YES! I completely understand that the quality of coaching programs varies dramatically, and that there's not always a strong correlation between the amount you invest and the value you receive.  While I do not offer money back for services already rendered, you WILL have the option of cancelling after two months if the program is not a good fit for you after all. If you paid in full, you will be refunded the pro-rated amount, and if you are on a payment plan, you will no longer be charged for the remaining months. 

i'm not very spiritual, and i'm not familiar with tantra... but I do want to improve my sex life and feel better in my body.  will this program be a good fit for me?

Clients who benefit the most from this program do tend to have a strong interest in spirituality and "sacred sexuality" such as neo-tantra.  However, you do NOT necessarily need to consider yourself "spiritual" or have an interest in tantra per se in order to benefit dramatically from this program.  The "tantric" part of the program refers to the idea that liberation from sexual conditioning serves your spiritual liberation, and restores your natural capacity to feel presence, pleasure, and confidence in your own body.  If you resonate with that, then this program will be an excellent fit for you!

if i want to keep working with you after 6 months, is that an option?

Yes it is!  As a current client, you will have priority in my 1:1 spots and we can work out an extended coaching plan at the same rate as the one you received when you first signed. In other words, if my rates go up, you will benefit from the original rates as long we continue working together. 

i'm confused - is "tantric body love" an online course or is it a coaching program?

It's both!  I have taken part in MANY online courses, and wished that I had opportunities for private coaching to help with parts that were particularly challenging for me.  I've also received 1:1 coaching, and wished that there was an online portal of content that I could refer to over and over again for structure and guidance between sessions.  The most powerful and effective programs, in my experience, are the ones that combine structured online content that you can refer to and study at your own pace, AND personalized coaching to help you leverage those tools and skills to meet your specific needs and reach your desires.
