What is tantra?

April 4, 2021 | Sacred Sexuality

I went live in my facebook group on Friday to answer a pretty important question...

"What is tantra??"

Like yoga, tantra goes waaaay back and has a long history with many different sects and different traditions based on different lineages and it's just downright impossible to define it in a way that's going to be acceptable to everyone.

But I'm not going to let myself off the hook  😉

At the very least, you need to know what *I* mean when I talk about tantra, and how it relates to body love, so that we're on the same page.

Here's what you'll learn in the video:

1. The role of the body in tantra vs. western spiritual traditions
2. The difference between classical tantra and "neo-tantra" (+ book suggestions to learn more about each)
3. What *I* mean when I talk about Tantric Body Love
